1. Who we are

NoticeKit is a document preparation service operated by Elanvale Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17322464), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@elanvale.com.

2. What the service is — and is not

We prepare party wall notices and supporting documents under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 from the information you provide in our order form. We are not a firm of surveyors or solicitors, we do not provide surveying or legal advice, and preparing these documents is not a reserved legal activity. For disputes under the Act you should appoint a party wall surveyor of your choice.

3. The fee and delivery

The fee is £69, fixed, for one project: all required notice types and all adjoining owners you list in the form. We deliver print-ready documents by email within 24 hours of payment. If your pack arrives later than 24 hours after payment, we refund the fee in full and still deliver your pack. If we cannot fulfil your order, we refund you in full immediately and tell you why.

4. Your responsibilities

The documents are prepared from your answers. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, addresses, dates and the description of the works, and for signing and serving the notices. We tell you in the pack how to serve them and how to record service.

5. Cancellation and the compliance guarantee

By ticking “begin immediately” at checkout you instruct us to start within the 14-day cancellation period of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; once the pack has been fully delivered, the statutory right to cancel ends. Independently of that, our own guarantee applies without time games: if the notices we prepared do not comply with the requirements of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, we refund the fee in full.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the fee paid. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to us, by a failure to serve the documents, or by decisions of adjoining owners or surveyors.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
