How NoticeKit handles your data

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Elanvale Ltd (Company No. 17322464), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Contact: support@elanvale.com.

2. What we collect and why

• Order details (your name(s), addresses, the works, your neighbours’ addresses, email, optional phone) — used solely to prepare your documents and deliver them. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page and form events (PostHog) so we can see where the service works badly. No advertising profiles are built.
• Ad-click attribution — if you arrive from an advert, we store the click reference in a signed cookie for up to 90 days so we know the advert worked.

3. Who receives data

Our processors: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics). We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Your neighbours’ addresses appear only in the documents we prepare for you.

4. Retention

Order records and prepared documents are kept for 6 years (limitation period for contract claims), then deleted. Analytics events are retained for 12 months.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email support@elanvale.com and we will respond within one month.

6. Marketing

We email you about your order. Anything beyond that only if you ticked the optional marketing box — and every such email contains an unsubscribe link.
